Choose how to add robotics
Two ways to automate without changing your operational priorities.
The starting point is not only which robot to buy, but how to finance it and what support level your business needs.

SMB / Restaurants - CAPEX
Ownership purchase, financial renting or traditional leasing.
For restaurants, cafes, small hotels and local businesses that want to add KEENON robots with fast plug-and-play deployment and final ownership of the equipment.
- Robot ownership at the end of the financing period.
- Tailored financing with the client's financial providers.
- Indicative ROI from the first month based on real usage.

Enterprise accounts - OpExFlow
Monthly subscription, 0 EUR upfront and operational SLA included.
For hotel chains, resorts and multi-area operations that need ongoing support, replacement robot coverage for critical incidents and integration with lifts or automation systems.
- Parts, labour, travel and consumables included.
- Typical deployment in 6-10 days after assessment.
- Dedicated LoRaWAN/radio-frequency IoT without interfering with guest Wi-Fi.

Technology and return
LiDAR, ROI and comparison tools to choose the right robot.
Three tools to make an informed decision before deploying robotics.
LiDAR: what it is and why it matters
KEENON robots combine 360-degree LiDAR navigation with safety sensors to build accurate maps of the environment using LiDAR and vision (VSLAM) fusion; cameras are used solely for on-board navigation and do not record or store images of guests or staff. This technology improves privacy, works even in low light and detects obstacles with high precision. When tables, trolleys or furniture change position, the system updates navigation and adapts routes to keep the operation stable.
View LiDAR safety ->ROI: how to measure return
The return from a service robot is not limited to direct labour-hour savings. In a hotel or restaurant there are three levers: staff hours released from repetitive tasks, fewer delays and operating errors, and constant availability during nights, holidays or demand peaks. Measuring these factors before buying helps decide whether to start with cleaning, F&B, room service or internal logistics.

Before choosing a model, start from the operational need. The table summarizes the four most common use cases for hotels and large facilities.
| Need | Recommended robot | Family |
|---|---|---|
| Clean common areas >1,000 m2 | KLEENBOT C40 | Cleaning |
| Serve tables in a restaurant | DINERBOT T10 | F&B |
| Multi-floor hotel room service | BUTLERBOT W3 | Room Service |
| Move materials >100 kg | HEAVY LOAD S300 | Logistics |

A BUTLERBOT W3 can relieve reception from repetitive multi-floor deliveries during low-staffed periods, while keeping traceability and privacy in room service.Illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial.
A KLEENBOT C40 can take over recurring lobby, corridor and common-area routes so the human team can focus on supervision, incidents and higher-value tasks.Illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial.
A DINERBOT can reduce trips between kitchen and dining room during service peaks, keeping staff close to guests for sales, replenishment and direct attention.Illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial.
Why KEENON + Alpha Robotics

Commercial and technical FAQ
Frequently asked questions about KEENON robots, pricing, installation and ROI.
These answers help decide whether a measurable pilot makes sense for your hotel, restaurant or operating site.
The questions we are asked before deploying a robot. If you do not find yours, write to us on WhatsApp.
Do the robots need Wi-Fi to work?
Not necessarily. KEENON robots have local navigation logic that works offline. Wi-Fi improves centralized management and updates, but the robot operates autonomously even without an active connection.
How long does installation take?
Standard deployment (mapping, setup and training, without lift integration) is completed in 1 to 3 days, with no construction work or magnetic tape. When the project includes lift and multi-floor automation integration, typical deployment is 6 to 10 days after the assessment.
What happens if the robot finds an unexpected obstacle?
The safety system combines LiDAR, 3D stereo vision, ultrasonic sensors and RGB cameras. The robot detects obstacles, slows down, replans the route and stops if there is no alternative path.
Who provides technical support in Spain?
Alpha Robotics provides local technical support: direct assistance, on-site visits when needed and software updates coordinated with KEENON. You do not depend on remote support without local assistance.
Does it work on carpets or uneven floors?
Delivery robots operate on standard hard floors. KLEENBOT C40 works on short-pile carpet up to 10 mm in dry mode (sweeping and vacuuming) and scrubs hard floors: marble, vinyl, epoxy and granite. The C55 is designed for large hard-floor areas. Ramps or uneven floors must be validated during the assessment.
What ROI should be expected?
It depends on the area. In cleaning, typical payback can be 12 to 18 months depending on surface and frequency. In F&B and room service, impact is measured by eliminated trips and released hours.
Do I need to hire someone to operate the robot?
No. Robots are operated from an app or from the robot screen. Staff training usually takes a few hours, and any employee can send the robot to a task with a few taps.
Does it work with multiple robots at once?
Yes. KEENON's multi-robot dispatching system coordinates fleets with route-planning algorithms, avoiding conflicts and optimizing task distribution.
